Evan Leepson is widely known as a business strategist and organizational development consultant in the healthcare community. He has more than 25 years experience in facilitating successful strategic planning programs for his clients through, extensive business analysis, market assessment, operational plan execution, and business process revitalization. He has also provided his expertise in the areas of organizational development and change management. Evan has authored more than 16 articles in healthcare publications and has been a popular presenter on key business topics at national healthcare conferences.
Most recently, Evan was a senior consultant at GE Healthcare’s Performance Solutions where he delivered more than 90 engagements to healthcare clients. In this capacity, Evan led all aspects of a project’s life cycle, which included: diagnosing client needs, developing proposals and business opportunities, managing project teams, and leveraging his expertise to generate solutions.
Prior to joining GE, Evan was Director of Marketing at the American College of Radiology, a 32,000-member professional medical organization. He was responsible for all marketing activities, strategic consulting, and planning and implementing marketing communication programs.
Evan has provided meaningful consulting services within the United States and around the world. Recently he developed strategic focus and direction for healthcare delivery systems in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
Evan earned an M.B.A. from Averett University with a concentration in marketing. He has been a GE Certified Black Belt since 2001. Evan is trained in Lean Six Sigma, GE's Change Acceleration Process (CAP), WorkoutTM facilitation and operations management. In 2007, Evan won GE Healthcare’s Service Growth Challenge SPARK Award for Innovation. Evan is based in Rockville, Maryland.
